SUPER busy!!!!

We have all been super busy these past couple weeks! Bryant started preschool and he also turned 4!!!! My little man is growing up super fast!!!
Well Bryant LOVES school! I was really nervous about him going. When we dropped him off he was all for it! But then when it came time to say good bye i started crying! I really didn't think it would hit me like that! ! He has learned so many new things! He comes home and sings and tells us about the stories he has learned. But, he is super tired!!!

As far as Bryant turning 4, I cant believe its been 4 years!!!! We had a party for him at Johns Incredible Pizza. The day of his party started off bad. Jason and I went to pick Bryant's cake up and the bakery had messed his cake up BAD. So we were left with out a cake. Jason had to call my mom and have her scramble to get a cake. The cake she got was super cute. The rest of the day got better and he ended up having a good time! But its still hard to believe he is 4!!

Some Firsts...

We took Bryant to his first hockey game!!! He had so much fun! He got caught dancing on the big screen, got a puck from game play, got a hockey player bobble head, a Condor claw and a few new friends!!!! I have never seen this kid so fixed on anything. It was a lot of fun!!!

Some other firsts...

Bryant will be starting preschool Monday and I will be going back to work!!! We are both pretty excited!!

I was offered an awesome opportunity that I couldn't pass up. So we decided that Bryant would start preschool a little bit earlier then planned.

Bryant seems really excited to go to school. We had taken him in to meet his teacher and while there he got to meet his new classmates! It made me feel good that he didn't want to leave that he wanted to hang out with the other kids and play with everything... lets hope he still feels that way after a few days

Fingers crossed!!!

The Things Our Son Says...

Some of the things that Bryant has been saying are priceless!! I look at him and cannot believe that some of these things have actually come out of his mouth!!!

We were trying to wipe his nose because it was running and this is what we got. "Daddy you have a wife named Mommy! And I want her to do it"

Sitting at dinner Bryant asked if he could have a drink of Jason's lemonade and then asked if he could of a drink of my root beer. he tasted it and asked if he could have some more i told him that i didn't want him having any more because it was bad for him. He quickly responded looking scared and asked me "Mommy if i drink soda will i go to jail!?"

We were getting read to leave to run some errands and Bryant ripped his shoe and sock off and freaked out because there was sock lint in his toes and asked what it was. I told him everyone gets it, Mommy, Daddy, Pa-pa, Ya-ya and everyone. He told me "Mommy you don't ever wear shoes!! You sometimes wear boots but only when it rains"

Out of the middle of know where he asked me if bees made honey homes

Jason had asked me why something was put up a certain way and Bryant chimed in "Maybe God made it that way!"

"Do they make waffle juice out of waffles?"

Out of the blue Bryant turned to me with the most serious face I have ever seen and said "We need to have a serious talk about Disneyland!"

But my favorite thing is when he dances around the house and sings!!!

First Time Bike Riding...

So my friend and I decided to take Bryant to the park to attempt bike riding. It went pretty good. He needed to a little push to get him going each time he stopped, but he did pretty good!!! He did end up falling once and scrapped his little hand and thought it was the end of the world! He got right up (after the tears stopped) and got back on and started right back up! I am happy that my little guy isn't going to let something like falling make him give up!!!

Bryant's Christmas Story

Bryant's Christmas was awesome this year. He got a lot of fun stuff to play with, and a lot of fun stuff for us to put together. I am pretty sure he will be pretty busy for the next couple of months!! He got everything from a kid proof digital camera to Lego's and everything in between! Bryant getting a camera i think was a smart idea. He is always asking to take pictures. I think he did pretty good for not really knowing what to do. Now I must say when I saw him turn the camera around and take a picture of him self i thought i was going to die of laughter. (so my child) Here are some pictures compliments of Bryant!!! (oops sorry Pa-pa for your head being cut off!!)

After we were able to get the camera away from Bryant he finally got a chance to sit down and play with the rest of his toys while we figured out how to put others together. I think i messed around with one of his toys trying to put it together for 2 hours!!!! But in the long run for Bryant to get so excited over it, it was worth that 2 hours of frustration and taking it apart and putting it back together at least 10 times!Thank you to everyone who helped make Bryant's Christmas great!!!!!

As for now the countdown is on until his Birthday!!!

Another long weekend but a fun long weekend....

To start off our weekend we had Jason's Christmas party. Dinner, drinks and food we couldn't ask for more!We had a blast!!!

Saturday we FINALLY decided to get some Christmas stuff out. We only got our tree and stockings out. As much as I would have loved to get my village out and put out I just couldn't bring my self to do it.
To finish off the weekend we took a trip down to Thousand Oaks for Poppy's 80th Birthday party. It was really nice to see the family and spend time with them!

To finish off the weekend and night Jason and I finally got the camera we have wanted! I am super excited to see what it can do! here are a few pictures of the monster man that were taken with it! There will be more to come!!!

Long Weekend.... Long Blog....Lots of Pictures.....

This past weekend was super busy! Friday night we drove over to Solvang because Jason's boss had a room over there he wasn't able to use. He offered it to us and we gladly accepted! So Friday night and Saturday we spend the day in Solvang walking around, shopping and watching their parade! It was a really nice get away!!

To top our weekend off we decided at the last minute we would take Bryant to Disneyland to see all the Christmas decorations and as he likes to say Mickey and His Friends. It was a lot of fun to see how Bryant reacted to everything. We waited until they turned all the lights on so Bryant could see and when they turned the lights on Its a Small World on his mouth dropped and he was speechless (that's pretty hard) it was great but we couldn't get the camera out fast enough to take a picture of it...We had a great time!!!
